Very nice sculpt, cool removeable hate, muted military colors with an almost WW2 feel for the figure design. He fits in with an era of the ARAH run. He is versatile enough to be a front line commander or stay back at the HQ.

At the time this was written in 2017 it's crazy to remember how cheap Battle Corps carded figures were. I bought a bunch back in 2017 myself and I would love to see carded Battle Crops drop back down to a more reasonable price point.HitandRunnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1730351558727980814.post-51821884813432994752017-01-17T11:18:08.190-07:002017-01-17T11:18:08.190-07:00I remember finding the same figures together all t...I remember finding the same figures together all the time. And, it was always the same figures left behind. I know that some, like Carcass, were overpacked with the '94 Ozone and Countdown were shortpacked.

I wonder if different retailers got different case ratios like Hasbro does today with some of their Star Wars lines. Not sure why they'd want to swap, unless they wanted the "name" for the subset that was sold a much higher price.

I always felt that Duke needed a backpack. I tried some black ones, but that Dusty pack really stuck. The 1992 repaints (and/or repacks) may have shipped in lesser numbers. No way to know for sure unless someone has some unopened cases lying around.A-Mannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1730351558727980814.post-49367002616397630272017-01-17T06:37:59.299-07:002017-01-17T06:37:59.299-07:00I've always figured that the TBC Hawk and the ...I've always figured that the TBC Hawk and the 92 General Flagg molds had a fairly late character swap, and the "Flagg's Son" character was some last minute "we need a filecard" thing.

Also, that Dusty backpack on the 93 Duke is a pretty solid addition!R.T.G.noreply@blogger.com
