His look is so strikingly similar to the ANZAC SAS troops from the vietnam war that the idea of him being from australia or new zealand has never left my head in the 30+ years since i first saw one. Or at least his "Digger" hat.<br /><br />Hasbro didn't do the separately molded and glued on hat/helmet thing too often after Recondo.
