1988 Tiger Force Flint Around The Web

Flint remains one of the most popular vintage Joe figures.  His character featured in both the comic and cartoon, offering both fandoms a chance to appreciate him.  Flint's Tiger Force repaint is even appreciated.  For a while, he was a stupidly expensive alternative to the still pretty expensive original figure.

The upside to the figure's popularity is that there is plenty of content on Flint for everyone to enjoy.  You'll find some great work among the content below.  So, check out the links and leave a comment for your favorite features.

  1. Random thought spurred by this post...I'm wondering if you see any difference in collecting tendencies between Joe fans who are comic-first and those who are cartoon-first...?

  2. I'm a "cartoon first" Joe fan but I still collect everything haha 😄 and TF Flint is as good as the 85 Flint in my opinion. If my sister's Barbies could change outfits for different occasions, why not my GI Joes?! 🤣

  3. I think out of all the TF Figures released that Flint is my probably number 2 for me behind TF Lifeline. I do like his subtler design without the louder yellow/black striped deco of the other vehicles/figures from the line. The propensity for cracked elbows and waist pieces of the TF line make them less desirable to me as a collector though.

  4. I can't pick which one is better. I love OG Flint and TF Flint equally

  5. Another outstanding figure. Had this one come out first, it’d have been held in as high regard as the OG.
