    1. You can hit me up on Facebook or Twitter. (Links on the right menu.) You can find me on various forums, too. Check OG13.com forums and search for forgotten figures.

  3. Awesome-but expensive.Back i n 2002 you wrote: "I will be blunt. If you are currently paying upwards of $25 for this figure MOC, you are an idiot. That is the bottom line."-funny I guess there's a lot of idiots out there now. The market sure has changed since '02,it's easy a 40 dollar figure right now. Sucks because I think the Shock Vipers are far superior to the overrated Alley Viper, and would play that specialty better IMO. The original Ice Cream Soldier ® is not a good choice for customization, it would be a pain to cover that orange paint. A shame really, the Black Major ought to consider making up a batch or two of these.

    1. At the time, people were freaking out because they sold out in 3 days. SmallJoes.com announced they had more coming, but it was like a month later. When they got their stock, the Shock Vipers lasted almost a week.

Considering these guys are about as rare as convention army builders, the $40 price tag makes sense. There were lots of guys with 6 of them. (SmallJoes.com limited you to 3 each per shipment.) But, not many guys with more than that.

The fact that Hasbro produced such a small production run is actually amazing.
